STEP 2

In this step, we will draw a base layer of the dish’s ingredients. First, draw the egg whites—use a white crayon to fill the area surrounding the other components of the dish. Blur the drawn area. Then, switch to yellow and orange-yellow, to draw the yolks of the eggs. Blend those colors inside each yolk (read more about blending here). Use red to draw the tomato halves, and brown to draw the mushrooms pieces (Figure 3). And finally, draw the greens with grass green. Blur each of these elements separately, and very carefully. Make sure while blurring that you do not touch the white egg area, that it stays clean from other colors. The most difficult part of the project is done and you can proceed to the more relaxed steps.
